The saw motor requires 120V and draws 13 Amps while the router motor draws 2 Amps more. 220V motors are also available, though at an extra upgrade cost.

The sliding carriage is very sturdy and fits the saw insert and router insert like a jigsaw. It binds onto the chrome-plated guiding tubes with four pairs of nylatron bearing systems. Nylatron is nylon with fine particles of molybdenum disulphide to improve strength and load-bearing capabilities. This roller bearing system allows the carriage system to glide smoothly on the guide tracks without any resistance. The carriage allows you to swap the router and saw inserts easily to transform your machine from a cutting tool to a joinery tool. Rotating the saw insert from crosscut position to rip cut position also happens in a snap.
